Ligo Bags' gives a one-year warranty for the purchased product against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty remains subject to the following terms and conditions- The defective unit must be delivered to users at the cost of the service centre. The company and its selling agents will undertake to repair the defective piece within a reasonable period and the decision according to the nature of the defects and applicability of the assurance remains final. The relevant invoice must be produced along with the defective luggage unit. This warranty does not remain valid for damages which result from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorised repair, tampering or accessories resulting from normal wear and tear. Plus, it includes exposure to extreme heat and temperature, solvents, acids and even exposure to rain or water. In the interest of product upgrades or fashion/ design trends, the company remains free to change its product specifications without notice.
